Dr. Edward J Connor Psy D follows me to Hamilton County, Ohio
No story would be complete without Dr. Connor trying to harm me in some way
I feel as if when I am 65 and applying for social security, Dr. Connor will be contacting someone in an effort to harm me in some way. My telecommunication harassment case is no different. My lawyer in this case contacted Dr. Connor about getting a copy of the custody evaluation case file for my criminal trial. Dr. Connor told my lawyer to get the file from me because I already had a copy. Then my lawyer sent another letter to Dr. Connor explaining that he needed a certified copy from his office in order for the records to be admissible in court. Dr. Connor said he would provide my lawyer with a copy of the whole file. The date Dr. Connor said that he would have the file available; he faxed my lawyer a letter explaining how he could not release the file because it had confidential information about other people. When Dr. Edward Connor stated that he could not release the information that he previously claimed that he already released to me, my lawyer sent Dr. Connor a subpoena for the documents. Dr. Connor did what he always does when he gets caught in a lie, he contacted Judge Mallory. In a pre-trial hearing, my lawyer told the Judge that we needed the records for the defense. Judge Mallory asked my lawyer why he did not just have me fill out a medical release and get it from Dr. Connor’s office. Judge Mallory was a little puzzled as to why a psychologist would not release someone’s own records. In a later hearing, Judge Mallory referred to my situation as, “the one involving that Kentucky psychologist.”
If contacting Judge Mallory was not enough, Dr. Ed Connor decided to contact the prosecutor’s office in an attempt to cause me harm. A few months ago, my lawyer called me to tell me that he talked to the prosecutor and she informed him that Dr. Connor contacted her office complaining about my web sites. I guess she was a little puzzled as to why Dr. Connor would be contacting a Hamilton County (OH) prosecutor about my web sites when Dr. Connor lives in Kentucky. My lawyer asked me if there was anything slanderous and I told him that Dr. Connor should sue me if Dr. Connor thought it was slanderous. This is when my lawyer would always start lecturing me about how Dr. Connor was not going to sue me because he would have to give me the case file. My lawyer told me if there was anything slanderous, threatening, and or harmful to my children on my website someone would have sued or arrested me a long time ago. It’s nice to have a lawyer who appreciates the beauty of First Amendment Speech. He always says if people would just do their jobs in an honest fashion, they would not have to worry about what people have to say about them. He also said that in his 32 years as a lawyer, he has never seen anyone get in as much trouble as me without breaking any laws. From the very beginning, he said that they were going to drop the charges or we were going to a jury trial. There was no way he was going to let me plea bargain for something I did not do, especially if it had anything to do with Dr. Edward J Connor.
Just a little memo to Dr. Connor: you asked for protection from Judge Carl H Taul, told the Kentucky Board of Examiners of Psychology that I was potentially dangerous, you cried to Judge James D Humphrey because I publicized your misconduct, you tried to get me in trouble with the Dearborn County Special Crimes Unit and Prosecutor Aaron Negangard, and you tried to interfere with a criminal matter in Hamilton County (OH) by contacting the Judge and prosecutor only to find that no one is going to take action against me for telling people about your questionable conduct. As I have said before, if you think I have said anything slanderous, sue me. If not, quit trying to tattle.
